Thich Nhat Hanh presents transformative practices to cultivate these qualities in our day-to-day lives. He also describes how to lovingly accept ourselves when we are in the midst of challenges.

Please join us on Tuesdays, July 20th and 27th, from 7-9pm as we practice meditation, listen to the audio recording of this pithy book, and open to group discussion. Suggested donation is $10 per class, but any donation is welcome.
