October Nyinthun

[ October 17; 9:00 to 12:00. ] Our monthly nyinthun will be held on Sunday, October 17 from 9am-12pm. We will be alternating sitting and walking meditation, with a short period of yoga in the middle. As always, all are welcome to come for any part of the three hours. Beginners are cordially welcome and meditation instruction will be available.
