June Nyinthun

[ June 13; ] Our monthly nyinthun will be held on Sunday, June 13th from 9am-12pm. We will be alternating sitting and walking meditation, with a short period of yoga in the middle. As always, all are welcome to come for any part of the three hours. Beginners are cordially welcome and meditation instruction will be available.

An Evening of Meditation

[ April 13; ] While we're between programs, the center is pleased to offer an extended period for meditation practice this evening. In addition, we may be able to offer a short video featuring Chogyam Trungpa. We look forward to your presence.

Vipashyana & Union
