February Nyinthun

[ February 19; 9:00 to 12:00. ] Our monthly nyinthun will be held on Sunday, February 19 from 9am - 12pm. We will be alternating sitting and walking meditation, with a short period of yoga in the middle. As always, all are welcome to come for any part of the three hours. Beginners are cordially welcome.
