This 5-week course presents an introduction to mindfulness meditation and the ways it can help us work with emotions, develop compassion, and navigate our daily life. We will examine how meditation practice can impact our daily life and our whole society.

Roger Guest will lead the class on Tuesday evenings. Cost for 5-week course is $50.
