Please join us for our monthly nyinthun on Sunday morning from 9am – noon. We will be doing sitting and walking meditation, and a short period of shamatha yoga.
In the afternoon, we will be gathering at Emerald Lake State Park on Rt.7 in East Dorset for a sangha picnic. Everyone is welcome and please bring your family and friends! Also bring a potluck dish to share. Swimming and paddling are possible activities. Check back here for more info soon.
