On four Thursday nights, starting August 2, Maggie Bernstein will teach a new course based on the work of Pema Chodron. Ms. Bernstein, a longtime student of Shambhala Buddhism, is a meditation instructor and teacher for programs at Sky Lake, Karme-Choling, Omega Institute, and the Manchester Shambhala Meditation Group. She was Resident Director of Shambhala Training at Karme Choling, 2004-2006. Whether newcomer or old-timer, all are invited to the course. Tuition: $20. (Free to sustaining members.)
